一个不支持长期低利率的美联储主席候选人退出了，对利率是个好消息啊。

not be bumped higher until even later than current expectations whereas Mr
. Summers（注：退出的候选人） as chairman would be sooner. It is somewhat
equivalent to the Fed announcing they expect to start raising key interest
rates in 2015 instead of the current thought of 2014.
