experienced, industrious accounting manager. The main functions include but
are not limited to
Job Description
1. Supervise account receivable and credit issues: following up with all
the past due, returns, issue credit memos, checking customer credit
reference.
2. Supervise account payable: keep track accurate account paperwork,
track receipts, PO, credits, accuracy in price, and cost of goods sold.
3. Update payroll information to CPA office bi-weekly to process payroll
on time, discuses the labor cost with department head in the management
meeting.
4. Keep track of all property taxes, protest, and up to date filing.
5. Keep all employees files updated with appropriate paper work, and
legal documents.
6. Update sales analysis to determine what is needed to achieve best
success within business.
7. Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle count/physical
inventories
8. Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and
perform analytical studies in regards to analysis and profitability.
9. Support and assist internal department reporting requirements such as
audit schedules, tax schedules and others.
10. Track all the bank records and related issues, updating accurate FS
information to bank monthly
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience
2. Masters Degree from an accredited university in Accounting, Finance, or
Business management
3. Must have experience of handling AP, AR, HR, Inventory, and other
administrative issues including but not limited to, Taxes, insurance,
banking
4. Knowledge of Chinese language is helpful, but not required
5. Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
6. Strong ability to handle multi-task and stress under deadline
