发帖数: 76 | 1 最近买了房子，目前有1b1b房间要sublease，在Spring区，离woodland或IAH都不远，
小区环境很好，设施齐全，是湖景房，湖里住着很多可爱的鸭子，还有一对鸳鸯，屋子
面积很大，应该有750 sqf，屋子也很干净，有大大的落地窗，房租一个月790，是我在
有promotion时候拿到的价位，所以价格很合理，租约到今年９月份。要是在北边工作
的朋友可以考虑，因为这边有不少油公司，上班很方便的，小区住着不少油公司的中国
人。
我附上一些照片，等到春天小区会更好看！小区陪有沙滩排球场，mini golf场，BBQ设
施，摇椅休闲的地方，凉亭和gym。
同时赠送大部分家具，可以直接入住！！！
