p******e 发帖数: 677	10 看来是我期望值太高了，我一直以为德州的房子相对比较大比较新呢。这样的价钱，原来住的城市的两个顶级学区，绝对可以买到90年以后，3000尺以上的房子了。这样的两个房子在那里也不会超过40万。谢谢大家

For 600k u can definitely get everything u asked above in Austin, including the other top end school district (west wood), but just not west lake.
