You can find it in the approsal letter, read carefully.,
Usually if you have friends of agents, you can ask them
a favor, providing some comparable sale data (2013)
near your area.
If there are any houses very similar to your house plan,
that sale price is a definite reference. If not, you
may choose some closest ones, calculating $/srqft, and
do a math to give your estimation of your house.
