很多都不错。
学校组合相对最好，社区设施环境最好的确实还是Grand Lakes, Seven Meadows,
Cinco Ranch.

with Chinese residents. It would create a lot competition in the future
schooling. Its junor high and high school are very good in Katy, however,
very competitive. I recommend Cinco Ranch West which is closer to HWY 99,
housing price is more reasonable and schools are good too. The house price
goes a lot higher this year in Grand Lakes. 60k house would have been worth
of 10k lower than two years ago. |

发帖数: 39 | 12 Schools south of I-10 are generally pretty good. New schools south of
HighlandKnold are even better. You don't need to seek rankings of these
schools. If your kids are still young, you could choose newer subdivision.
Traffic west of HWY 99 is pretty bad to get in or out during rush hour. |
