我们正在下一个OFFER,签了字返回了,SELLER还没签字,但是我没有发现有这些
contingency呢,是OFFER之后还有一个正式CONTRACT嘛。
问了下AGENT,说在OPTION PERIOD可以随时WALK OUT。但是最后贷款要是贷不下来的话

最重要的是option period, 需要offer接受后交option fee, 在这时间里面buyer无理
由可以退出,
然后有credit approval, 就是一段时间贷款不批可以walk out
有property not meeting lender's underwriting, 包括apprasial做不到sale price
HOA文件和disclosure(如果没收到)也分别有三天和七天的termination option
你可以叫你的agent给你详细解释一下
