My wife was robbed on Friday 11:30am in the Katy Mills parking lot. She was
able to get a description of the guy and car, but he has not been caught.
Parts of her belongings were found in the Williamsburg Settlement
Subdivision, so please be on the lookout.
Suspect: Hispanic Male late 20’s around 5’6”
Vehicle: Black Mitsubishi 4 door (sporty looking) car with paper plates.
If you see this vehicle with the described suspect please call the police.
o Friday a quick trip to Katy Mills mall to get my oldest a new pair of
shoes ended as a very scary event. Leaving the mall around 11 am, I put my
youngest in his carseat and right as I was about to get into the driver seat
I look up to a man coming at me with a gun. He took my purse and my sense
of security. Everyone please be very careful in parking lots and in the
malls. There are sick people out there that prey on others. I am so shaken
up and upset by all this, but so grateful that we are safe.
He was a Hispanic in the late 20s who looked like your average joe! He was
in a black sporty Mitsubishi with paper plates. He threw my phone out on 99
and Colonial rd. and other stuff from my purse was found near Williamsburg
Settlement neighborhood. They used a credit card I forgot I had in my wallet
at West Oaks mall.....they're nearby but maybe they're just "visiting"?
I went over the situation in my head but there was no way I could have done
anything differently than I did besides having another adult with me. | i***p
