2015 as the whole-owned subsidiary of Chengdu SNS biotechnology Ltd.
Company to develop the US market for Chinese flavors, condiments and cooking
sauces. As a key member of management team to grow the business in US, the
sales manager will be the leading staff to develop and execute the sales
strategy in US market for the company products.
Major responsibilities:
1.Develop the sales channels in US market for company’s products; 建立和发
展美国市场销售渠道
2.Recruit and lead sales representatives in target US market; 建立和领导销售
团队
3.Develop sales plan to reach sales target; 制定销售计划达到销售目标
4.Build relationships with grocery stores, restaurants and other business
clients; 同零售业、餐饮业和其他相关行业建立和维护挂关系
5.Other tasks/projects assigned by the managing director; 由总经理交办的其他
事项和任务
Qualification and Skills: 资格和技能要求
1.Must be fluent in both Chinese Mandarin and English, both in written and
spoken; 中英文流利(书面和口语)
2.Must have 4-year college degree; 大学本科
3.Must have 3-year experience in sales management role,preferably in
wholesale/retail food business 至少3年的销售管理经验, 有食品批发/零售行业经
验更佳
4.Major in business and related discipline; 商业及相关专业
5.5-year or more work experience in a sales role in retail, food service,
restaurant industry preferred; 在零售、食品、餐饮等行业5年销售工作经验
6.Self-motivated and ability to work independently; 能自我激励并独立工作
7.Ability to travel up to 25% of work time; 旅行时间可能会达25%;
Compensation will commensurate with experience.
