bets. One guy can raise 50% of his cards and still be tight if he's super
serious on big bets and stacks at the table are very deep.

can limp or raise every hand and still win a lot. So it's actually
extremely dangerous to rate somebody with 32/6 as fish. For deep stack
cash games,
it's not about the preflop raise percentage. It's about position,
stacksize and bets. For example, if there is a player who is 50/6 and
that player is very loose on big bets, which means he would call your
big bets with mid-pairs or top-pairs bad kickers, I don't see there is
any

for any two cards with rank at least queen is 4.98% plus a few
big pairs, that would consist his raising hands, which is actually
tight, but not absurd for a full ring game. 32% of vpip includes
any two cards with rank at least 9, which is 20.8% plus a few low
pairs and suit/non-suited
connectors, which is certainly loose, but also not absurd
at all. Anybody play this starting requirement can win in any low limit
game if he p
