but i found this kind of thinking helps a lot (from some pro) to calm me
down:
when you lose and then lose more (due to bad beats, outplayed, whatever),
you have to realize the money is GONE forever, there's simply no poker god
who would make it even for you or somebody else. it's GONE. there's no such
things called justice or fairness in poker. what you need to do is to
examine your play and win NEW money. at the end o

it with only $800 bankroll in your account? That is a little bit surprising.
I think I need at least $2k - $3k to play at that kind of level. One bad
beat could cost you $300 - $400 bucks.
Yeah, when you are on tilt or in bad mood, it is never good to play poker.
You just give away free money to others. And when you are losing, you give
away your money even faster. I am glad you only have $800 in your account.

you play. moving down and rebuilding bankroll are also good. game selection
is very important in low-mid stakes game.

brave and use 20BI, as long as you are willing to move down when you lose
10BI. but to play at a stake with 1.5BI is flipping a coin. we all admit
that we are gamboooling, but there is a difference between gamble and
coinflip.
2. going thru downswing and tilt is actually good for us. i realy mean it.

even you have aa, when you get unlucky, qq beats you.
and you can not win flip, very very easy to lose 5 buyin.
