看最近2+2 forum上不少人反映用visa/mastercard gift card存款有一些问题。
试了2张：
1) 一张在safeway买的，“The Perfect Gift”(玫瑰色的master card)，在cake
poker试了，通过。这张卡需$5.95一次性激活费，12个月后如果还没用完，收每月$2月
费。不可reload。美中不足只有最高面值$100的，用来maximize first deposit bonus
(一般$600)不是很理想；
2)另一张在Walgreen买的，“Visa GiftCard”(gift2go，黄色)，在cake未通过，后来
拿到fulltilt试，通过，看来fulltilt躲避的花招比较多。费用，有效期，最高面值同
上。
3)walgreen有可以reload的另外一种，最高可以到$500，但是需现金买(信用卡不行)，
未尝试。safeway买得到AllAccess Visa prepaid reloadable卡(首次可以load $1000)
，据说是deposit成功率最高的，但是也得是现金买。这两种卡类似办张信用卡(要一些

AllAccess Visa prepaid reloadable works best, according to my research on 2+
2 6 months ago. the unreloadable one works as well and that's what I used
to deposit into some online sportsbook (they tend to be "less legal"-lol-
than online poker so harder to deposit into). both cards work on ps and ftp.
you can buy them in local shops.
