tournaments玩得不多，200多SNG，总利润400出头。
cash game月初在NL100失常的move up，月底最后一天(靠靠靠)在rush poker的big
downswing，损失惨重，等于基本wipe out tournaments + rakeback。
今年$15K+的目标和天朝保GDP一样严峻啊。
还好的是，2月份因为会计问题，会有比较好的开端，$400的ironman bonus将全部到帐
，一月底最后一个星期的$80多rakeback计算入2月，加上搞的2个$26 tokens，啥也没
干，已经算500多利润。

stronger leg and more stable.
in tournaments, you have a pre-defined risk, while in cash games, things
could go wrong so quickly.

even for the lowest level until rush table come alive. I was only there to
get 15 medel every month for getting 1 pt a day.
How to make iron man again? what is the overall points needed per month and
every day? I reached 200 ftp points for several days thanks to rush poker |

发帖数: 15860 | 8 check ironman challenge page under "Cashier" -> "My Promotion".
i believe the lowest bronze level requires 50 points/day, for any 20 days in
a month. if you can reach 100 points/day, then it's 15 days...
200 points/day is a "waste", unless you can reach 25 days in a month, then
you'll become the highest iron level.
otherwise 100 points/day, 25 days is the best to get gold level.
another way to get more medals is to achieve "ironman plus":
1) you need to achieve any ironman level in a month;
