hand, say JQ, K10, A5, Q10 and go. Do not wait, the losing BB/SB is hurting you
much.

you should have for your calling range. If he is push every hand and the
blinds are high, you can call with any pocket pair or K high or even Q high
hole cards. You can also trap with big hand.. Limp in sb and wait for him
to push. If you have been folding for a while, he is unlikely to call your
sudden all in. But make him feel like he can push you out of a hand preflop
and trap him to push as bb. | c**********o

too often is not the optimal play. you catch a reasonable hand like 99 or
ATs or KQs, he'll be in trouble to double you up.
you can practise a lot by playing just HU games (FTP has as low as $2 ones).

better, but if u don't just use the call table, still ok. u won't gain any
edge if the villain use the same table. (and neither will he), otherwise u
