have me beat with the river 10 after he called my 2 raises except maybe flopped striaght.
but i like my raising size flop and turn.. i never want to lose value on
those hand that are drawing dead.

the pot as possible.. but when it is too obvious that you have a set then a
lot hands that they won't call.. my raise size is very close to the guy you
mentioned bets. the only issue is that it is a limped pot preflop for me
therefore i can't get to all in river.. but i am still pretty close if i
raise to pot river.

I had QQ UTG and open raised 3x bb, all folded to big blinds who called.
Flop 57J rainbow, big blinds checked, I bet 4bb and big blinds mini raised
to 8bb, I called. Turn 7, big linds checked, I checked. River 7, big blinds
bet 6bb and I called. He showed 55.

with AQ as well, unlikely but possible. especially when paired A on the
board he could believe that you don't have an A. or weaker A and you will
call with AJ A10 A9 etc considering your flat raise and bet flop and turn.

发帖数: 1621 | 11 Now I just don't limp in AA preflop. Even you limp in in early position, you
don't gain much compared to raise. Too much risk that some opponents hit
the flop good, then you have a tough decision to decide how much you want to
involved before you get rid of your AA.
Say a guy see the flop and raise you like crazy, you will have a tough time
to decide if he really have a set, two pairs or just a top pair with good
kicker.
AA, KK, AK usually win small pot and when they lose, they lose big.

you to do? POT turn? He pretty much killed action with miniraise and still passive and hope you bet. either call flop raise big turn or raise flop and lead
bets 2/3pot turn at least... river is ok.

我现在打的很保守， flop top set的时候我才搞all in, bottom set or middle set
， 不会搞太狠， 不然一输就输很多。

Me: 160bb @big blinds with 45o
Villain limped in at UTG, all folded to me.
Flop 45J rainbow, I checked, villain bet 2bb and I mini raised to 4bb,
villain re-raised to 8bb, I called. Turn 5, I bet 15bb and villain raised to
32bb, I thought for a while and shoved with 100+bb. villain called. River
blank.
Villain showed QQ.

turn的时候只有JJ是唯一能大过我的牌， 但是很少见人用JJ在UTG limp in, 所以我判
断他是QQ+， 只有两个outs, 所以在turn shove了。

the nuts.. raise big and take his whole stack.. what to wait? wait for a
scary card to kill action for both? Unless of course you guys already have more than half of your stack in.. then slow play it to the core.. milk his last bit of stack

if he has got top set.. he will let you know... he he call turn and river is a blank.. all in river.. simple
