for banks, it's very hard to block such transactions since many sites use
middleman to transfer funds.
e-checks still work on PS, yeah, not all banks though. FTP is more flexible,
it allows many credit cards/gift cards.

your FTP account at front?
I only have on bank account and donot want to expo that. All the credit cards do not work so far. They do not take payal, found after I chatted with them.
