A couple of reasons for me
1. He would certainly lead out the flop if he had one A. By checking, he
either had a monster or a small pair
2. If he is a really tight player, he will not call your raise without a
legit hand. I can only see he calling with AJ
that you can beat.
3. By calling, we can also induce a call or even a raise from BB.

easier decision here. I would raise here to 2.5X-3X and ready for a fold if he
comes over the top big, i will call a mini reraise regardless. He might be
slow playing his set of A but that is not a reason not to raise here.
This remind me a hand on NL 25 rush.

out on flop) and if so, i don't want to wake him up anyway.
i mini-raise river, he raises back small, i call and he shows 99.
he puts me on AJ and i tell him that's what i put him on, lol.
i ask whether he even thinks about i got 78o, he says no.
he asks me what if he raises back $100, i say no, he'll get no call, not
even $75.
i ask whether he'd play AA this way, he says no.

UTG手里J9，J10，JQ,JK的可能性比较大
66，99的可能性也有，不过他一般会slow play吗？

does not make sense at all. Slow play AA might be ok because he gets value
from very little hand except smaller sets (very rare), since there is one A
out there and the chances of someone have a top pair is very slim. But with
set of 9, there are 3 As out there where he could get value from 3 street
betting. Why slow play here? If someone won't call bets on A high flop,
they won't call later street big bets either most l
