holdem for 1 year exactly after I put in my first deposit on FTP May 7th
2009. Firstly, I need to thank yost on this board who introduce me to the

发帖数: 7793 | 5 I play under roll most of the time. But I don't think we should get carried
away by bankroll management. Bankkroll management will not turn you into a
winning player, but it can protect a winning player from go broke from
downswings. It is useful if you 1) go up too fast 2) play at a level where
you can't afford to lose.
For most of us who hang around at microstake, we really have infinite bank
roll. For example, if you could afford to lose 200$ a month and you play
NL50$ and you always come

发帖数: 15860 | 13 俺也有这个问题，很难broke，但是也很难win big。
其实知道这个stake输赢都是点小钱，但是摆脱不了太在意的毛病，最后想赢怕输的心
态导致weak，或者盲目冲动。
The Poker Blueprint作者讲的好，真正成功的往往都比较年轻，赌性大，提高也快，
中间可能被整死了几次，比如cardplayer有个小子，两次从100K给打回2K的bankroll，
但是最终人家还是越飞越高，学bankroll management比学习技术还是要容易得多。
年轻输得起，拖家带口的，一晚上成千上万的进出，以中人之资，业余投入，实在应付
不了那种压力。

发帖数: 7793 | 15 bankroll management nitty 一点, 升级还是可以的. 就是慢一点..升到NL200肯定没
问题, 再往上, swing太大, 可能应付不了那压力, 不过到时候还是要试一试.
NL50 其实赢率完全可以高一点的. 5bb/100-8bb/100 应该不难.. 我6-7月的下风期太
长了,看了看我的ev曲线, 只有7月初一个多星期打得不好, 其他ev线还算consistent..
最后升级前3,4天, ftp ev 还欠了我5 6百,结果我一怒之下升了级...

发帖数: 7793 | 21 play 9pm-12pm some weekdays, can play more on weekend. 17.5k/9 =1944hand
per day. 2 table rush is only 3 hour max on average every day. around 700-800 hand an hour 2 table rush probably for me.
I can probably grind out more per day but I feel i play too much nowadays. I am cutting it back significantly..
on a weekend day you can play 3500 hand easily if you want to. See the graph below on one day of the weekend.

after the huge down swing. But my non showdown winning line took a norse
dive. does that mean I fold too much? or called with too many average
starting hands?

think it is ok to have a curve down redline as long as it is not too steep.

at rush. It is much eaiser to steal blinds in rush but have to wait
forever. Now I click quick fold rather than wait for those people to fold
so slowly.
