s*********k 发帖数: 1989 | 1 It comes last night game. Three players left. The chip ratio is around 6:4:2.
The top two have the entry (200+15). The 3rd has tiny money(let =0).
Final hand, short stack at SB(=7.5BB) allin on 3BB (chip lead) from btn; btn
call.
SB has AQo and BTN has A8o.
Odds, SB has 70% chance to win and BTN has 30% (rough #).
Outcome, BTN win with a low staight with 8.
Benefit, me at BB to take a ride.
THE QUEST, should the Short-stack allin or fold?!
If he wins, all players are chip-even and he and 2/3 cha | y********n 发帖数: 2063 | 2 Your description is a little confusing.
The short stack should allin with A8o for sure, If big stack raises with A8o
, he should call with Aqo for sure. If big stack allin with aqo, he has A8o,
hmmm, he probably should fold.
Actually, the shorty should allin a ton, any ace, such as a2o+, k7s+, k8o+, q8s+, the big stack should not call him so lightly.
If the shorty dare not allin with A8o, he will bubble for sure.
However, if shorty allin with A8o, I guess the big chip leader and 2nd chip
leader

| y********n 发帖数: 2063 | 3 From my knowledge, it is big money bubble situation, tough decision time.
Generally strategy is to avoid allin situations. You can allin w/27o, or
close to any two random cards, but you can not call so lightly, sometimes
you have to fold AKo. However, you need observe also, if one guy allin every
hand, you have to make marginal calls, since you bleed your chips quickly
in those situations.
Yesterday, I played a token game(15$ buyin ---> 75$ token ), After I
finished it as a bubble, and review th

First question, in MTT, rebuy when swept out AND add-on at breaktime are
always worthwhile or just depends?
Second, in bubble time, you look like preferring sure money rather than take
risk to double up ur chips. Is it ur all time strategy or just depends? | s*********k 发帖数: 1989 | 5 At MTT/Satellite, I typically donot do rebuy and occasionally do add-on(if I
feel good and playing not too bad). Majority times, I just leave if wiped
out. About add-on, if you double up once, you do not need the add-on. So I
am looking for double up(rather than do add-on to double my investment at
front).
At MTT guarantee, I will do add-on if below average. Rebuy if I am playing
well and get wiped out by funky draws.
Not very sure your 2nd questions much. At the bubbling time, if chip is blow
