gets the least upgrade.
Old calculation for cash game. if the rake is 1$, everyone on the table
gets 1 ftp points regardless of how many people are on the table.
New calculation for cash game, if the rake is 1$, 10 ftp points will be
rewarded and split evenly among all players on the table. if it is FR then
everyone gets 10/9=1.11 ftp ppoints. If it is heads up then everyone gets 10
/2=5 ftp points. So everyone is get
