Here is the cancelation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and date changes must be received 48 hours prior to arrival.
Failure to do so will result in a charge of one night's room and tax. No
refunds will be accepted without a valid Cancellation number. If you are
booking a group reservation please refer to your Group's specific
Cancellation Policy along with their Terms & Conditions on the group booking
page.
48 hours prior to arrival. So it is important to ask friends to confirm if
they want to come or not and how long they gonna stay. Better ask them to
leave contact information, so one week before Dec 10, so we can do a roll
call again and see how many ppl gonna commit to the trip. Just my suggestion

the rate thebigslick got is better than mine since he's still a diamond
member, mine would be about $60 more in total for 2 nights. but even for him
, he can only get 1 room for that rate.
if you don't mind, you can go ahead to book a room (the one i'm supposed to
get) at ballys. as ref., i'm getting $390 for 2 nights, yours should be
close.
so far, 2 rooms seem to be enough, 4 persons/room.
how about you 4 from NOVA (you, lundon and his friend, and easttiger from NC)
car pool and settle for this room yourselves? i mean booking/cost sharing
/etc., so it'll be easier for me.
