charles town charges hourly fee, which sucks.
delaware park is close to a few other casinos (with table games) too.

hr) no matter what.
imagine that you get cold cards for 2 hours... so easily.
or that you want to get a smoke/lunch break but leave your stack on the
table... so -EV

Imagine what I felt when I bought in minimum for $100 and they took $10
every hour and I waited several hours going card dead and when I finally got
hands, and got bad beat three times with sets. lol.

poker is such a $ losing game to them, tiny profits.
