don't know how this 80m is going to repay the 135m they owe:
1) some ppl may never claim (small amounts);
2) some overseas ppl may have difficulties to claim;
3) some ppl may over claim, since FTP didn't take deposits from their banks
for 6+ months and now it's a blackhole forever.
i guess the earlier someone claims, the better chance one can get more %
back, if not 100%.

发帖数: 9164 | 10 I think that is just the format of the paper work. When they refund us, FTP
of course needs to provide the account info and we may just log in FTP.us
to fill bank info and get money.
I do not think we need to file indiviudal claim to get FTP money in
reality.

因为最后如果DOJ要审计确实真退了钱的话，这样它们也拿得出证据，擦得了屁股。
至于FTP网站，不可能再开放了，树倒猢狲散，也就剩个软件了，不会单为了退钱这事
又运转的。

payment 都不是问题..毕竟他除美国外运行没停多少时间.

2)FTP原班财务人马都失业散了，技术人员也回家了，突然关门，没擦的数据烂屁股肯
定一堆。连俺们这屁公司，每天都一堆人在人工，系统对帐，这还是绝大多数帐正确，
少数差钱的情况；
3)公司不会没hard proof就给钱的，张三李四说自己是谁就是谁？查ID，对地址估计是
难以避免的；
4)退多少是个问题，怎么退，先退谁也是个问题，毕竟钱不够；
5)这事估计得拖有一阵子。PS退得快是因为本身还正常运转着，就是批量大点而已。

kings is still running now. They still have all the data restored. It is
pretty easy to set up a payment channel once DOJ provides the money.

2p2 mod,
talked a lot about the fact. They laid off certain portion of employees ,
but all the major department is still running. He said the company can not
run anymore after next Jan if no deal is reached. Guess the deal is about
time.
