In an ideal form, the project need roughly, 2-3 parts of participation:
1) People can help with the initial fund to start up(need to be rich :)
2) People have time and can devote to this project part time or full
time.(free)
3) Poor, but talented kids, can learn and grow and work, then feedback to the
project in the above 2 way... Actually, that's the most important link to make
this project start, and working. In some extend, many of us were from this
group.
So, my last reply was mean to say, | o*****p

这需要多长的周期啊！从培养个人到作出贡献。倍增系数太小，可行性不够啊。
美国非赢利性组织很多，范围极广，有这样成功的先例么？花了多长时间建成规模？
起动资金是多少？而且，教育这笔钱该让政府出。
我认为建立一个组织，呼吁1.取削农业税，2.要求农村小学到高中教育免费，国家投资
，这更可行。有很多在美国的著名华人，象贝律明什么的，好象也很支持华人政治团体。
要是能请到很多有名的华人加入，三天两头敦处中国政府，大概可能让政府坐不住。
这样，需要的资金只是用在国内收集农村信息，然后让媒体参与。这样起动资金也不需要
很多。开始只要建网战，收集资料，签名，让留学生至少提供精神支持。
