I don't think BM only can arrange board in Unix system in
MIT BBS
so if you want
you can find a windows system
if english
you can install NJSTAR or Microsoft input
or you can ctrl_c, ctrl+p

use telnet or netterm to connect to bbs.mit.edu
then type the chinese in notepad
copy and paste
