没有很多工作经验.如果立刻回国, 大家觉得你们的心理价位是多少?
不需要调查啊,统计啊,什么的.只想听听大家自己的看法.
另外,如果有过两三年美国的工作经验呢?

Better not do a design office kind of job, this kind of routine work cannot
make full use of what you got these years.
How about some overseas construction company or China's company's overseas
branch. But these are also hot jobs in China, don't know the possibility.
Not bad to at least gain some experience here in US if you can secure a job
(maybe you won't go back afterwards. heihei)
How about a faculty position in China?

I think jobs at construction company need experience instead of degree.
and it also depends on your field.
BTW, do those American construction company have large market share
in China?
I once checked Bechtel, Fluor, Turner,....
Few of them have lots of projects
as to China's overseas company. Relation is so important
all in all, i believe experience is much more important than degree in
construction field

回国吧， 最好是能到自己喜欢的地方， 或者回家乡搞点小教育，也不失为一种好的选择
。
最好的选择是能在一所比较中意的学校做faculty，那样还能有点奔头。
另外你的研究方向也很重要。

发帖数: 415 | 16 不过话说回来，回国做教职如果想成为名教授的话也不是件很容易的事喔。本人的学术科
研能力固然重要，和同系里，院里同事领导间的关系也是很重要的。如果有可能的话我觉
得还是回同济好，学校本身不差，再有原来的老领导老教授帮一把很多事情做起来都会容
易些...你说这是近亲繁殖也好，可事实上就是这么回事儿。:P

学校，过的爽点。

去小学校不怕浪费了TOP20的PHD么？自己从同济出来，也知道同济的底，应该有自信吧。

because my department already has too many Ph.Ds who stay in Tongji after
graduation from Tongji.
