I plan to take CA PE civil exam in April, 2004
but there's only two PE in my company,
in order to quanlify to take the exam, I need 4 reference at least.
the reference letter is ready,
If you held PE license, could you help me to sign and stamp it?
I'll offer you 50$ for your kind help.
PS, the application deadline is january 3, 2004.

why wrote 50$ instead of $50?
