know why their editor cannot even detect these things.
IABSE has ~5000 members workdwide, mostly in Europe and Japen. It seems USA
people do not pay much attention.

The programme is probabily proposed by one of the Doctoral stundents in Dept
of Bridge, Tongji Univ. It is not so surprise for the errors. Actually it
should be unraveled as in Chinese.That is Formal.
PS:Do you think HF Xiang will dress formally.
But the progrmme is too cumbersome at all. Did you notice the pp number within
every "oral session"? Only TWO PAGES for each of them. I was wondering what
they
are gonna do.
BTW: DM Frangopal, AS Nowak etc. seems don't like
