最近一直在想这个词。我觉得很多同胞对这个认识不足。很多事情的结果，起决于你在别人心目中的形象，而不是你的水平。很多事情，结果如何并不重要，重要的是你的表现。Design Review就是一个很好的例子 ...
I feel 3 things are important to a good image: being pleasant, being graceful and being poised. Being pleasant means a lot of things: proper dress, proper grooming, proper posture, proper manners, say hi, smile, give eye contact, don't interrupt people, listen attentively, talk not too loud not too fast, and so on. Being graceful means to do the right things: to praise people whenever possibl
