Just call 1-888-570-6110, you will be able to find the earliest road test
date available for all cities in Ontrio. Waterloo test center is actually in
kitchener, so enter kit for city code.
Here is one tip, for kitchener center, if you try to make a phone call after
11:30 before 12:00 at night, you may get a time slot for the next day. I have
helped several ppl successfully this way for past 2 years. Just keep call the
number till 12, as somone maybe cancelling t
