UT area. i prefer not to sign a full year lease since i'm totally new to
Toronto and i might want to move after a few months. any advises will be

then most likely u can only choose those rooms in old houses
around Chinatown, which is very close to U of T.

suggest is 200/222 Elm. Expensive you may think, and one year lease./ But you
wont regret coz it worths that. If you really want to rent an apartmen t,
dont live in house unless you are sure you will live hapily there.

studying and working, moving around often is a terrible thing, hehe, just
not worth of it at all.
