D****N 发帖数: 430 | 2 I picked up "Disgrace" in Barnes and Noble tonight and read some of it,
conincidentally I've glanced over Coetzee's books books lined up in the
used section all the time, because I'm always looking for books by Calvino
and Cortezar, who are not popular enough to be resold.. :)
Thus far the book has been depressing and slightly disappointing, Coetzee's
prose is fluid and at times beautiful, but the storytelling is as linear
and flat as it goes. Not to mention the story he choose to tell, a
mixtur
