The nationals of the People's Republic of China are no longer required to apply for the visa, if they are holders of:
A valid visa to enter the US or the countries of the European Union, stamped
in their passport and valid for 30 days minimum
OR
A permanent residence (green card) in the United States of America and/or
permanent residence the European Union
