hours just because I changed my status from L1 to H1B, and I don't have a
valid H1B visa in my passport. They worked on my case for about 2 hours, and
finally told me, I quote "this time, I let you in. But don't do it again.
You need a H1B visa"
So my impression, it is totally depend on the officer. If they feel
suspicious. they will reject you. |
