I bought ticket from Beijing to Hongkong to JFK...Do I need to get visa from
Hongkong? and Do I need to recheck in luggage in HK? Any one with similar

You do not need a visa if you transit at the airport or even stay in HK for
7 days. You luggage should be checked through all the way to JFK unless you
tell the airline that you want to enter HK and want to take out your luggage
.
