I was using their service to apply for Brazil visa three months ago and paid
service fee + Fedex round trip fee.
Two weeks after they mailed me a letter saying that they could NOT do it. Of
course both my FEDEX fee is
gone to water. Now after I called them more than 6 times, they still didn't
reimburse the service fee! This place
sucks, and do NOT use their service.
Does anybody know where to file a complaint for this? Thanks in advance. |

发帖数: 485 | 3 巴西使馆不接受个人邮寄服务, 必须面签. 但是如果用这种公司就省去了面签的麻烦

Actually it has not been 3 months yet (almost though), I already asked for
dispute from my credit card company. |
