I have samilar question as your, do you get the answer? I am a F1 visa
holder in California, I need go to a academic conference from April 09 to
April 19 this year in Brazil (巴西). So I need apply Brazil visa, from the
website of brazilian-consulate in LA. It said for Non US Citizens must ALSO
present: A copy of the US Alien Resident Card for foreign residents and/or a
valid visa, or document to return from Brazil to the US or other country. I
