Day 1: 下午租车从San Francisco 出发，开4小时到reno
Day 2: 继续开10小时到 Idaho falls. 也可以在多开3小时到Jackson hole. 还没想好
Day 3: 逛提顿。晚上在flagg ranch 住宿 （在提顿和黄石之间）
Day 4: 黄石。 住西门外
Day 5: 黄石。 住公园里
Day 6: 黄石。住东北门外
Day 7: 半天黄石。下午往冰川开4个小时， 晚上在deer lodge MT 住宿
Day 8: 再开4个小时到冰川，晚上住冰川。住西门外
Day 9: 冰川。住西门外 （vrbo)
Day 10: 冰川。住西门外 （vrbo)
Day 11：冰川。住西门外 （vrbo)
Day 12: 开6小时到spokane, 还车，坐飞机回家
之所以从湾区直接开因为这样异地还车还比较值。如果从盐湖城租车还到spokane要上
千，莫名其妙
的贵，宁愿那个钱花到好点的住宿
因为要开很久，所以try to break it down into more pieces
父母的情况是60多，身体还成。
我现在不太确定的是应该黄石/冰川对开各3天半还是应该调一下？ 我去过黄石，没去
过冰川。冰川
待3天半会无聊吗（如果不打算每天hike 10+miles的话）
六月中旬应该不冷了吧？
大家还有啥别的建议？

snow) in Jun
2. In glacier you should sleep in east entrance for 2 to 3 days. Because
east entrance is closer to most beautiful trails. Driving from west entrance
to east entrance is dangerous and takes much a longer time than you
expected.
3. If you don't like hiking, Yellow stone 3days ,Glacier 3 days is ok.
For yellow stone, basically 2 days is enough if you don't hiking.
For glacier, it is very very beautiful, I strongly encourage you to hike a
trail to one glacier, for your parents, you can let them rest at hotel when
you are hiking. Glacier has much more fun activities, such as boat tour,
horse riding, you can join the tour with your parents. I think Glacier is
worth to spend more time, and comes more than once.
Grand teton is nothing good compares to Glacier. half a day is enough. |

I have decided to change the time to late July and will rebook everything.
I will still put in more buffer time for the parents in case they need to
rest more during the drive, etc so they are not overloaded.
I have been to YS before, even for non-hikers like me, I still hiked a bit
because it's soooooooo beautiful. Will do as much as I can at Glacier :)

Which one is the east entrance? The one at St Mary or the one at east
glacier park...
Isn't going to the sun start at St Mary, thus I have been trying to find
lodging at St Mary area

说老人了，一天让老人坐车时间别超过6小时
在黄石非得一天一个旅馆？每天早上打包退房晚上到新旅馆进房间拆行李不麻烦
么？我个人觉得老人会不会很累啊？
冰川3天半不会boring，那地方最适合老人了
东门应该是在st mary那边，如果可能订到st mary的园内的旅馆最好，景色一流

发帖数: 2330 | 12 我也觉得一天一个旅馆很麻烦。我喜欢西门，一来那里比较热闹，二来，一早一晚开车
进出公园，那条路上野生动物很多，也不枉多开几趟。
黄石六月也很冷吧。

爷比我们走得快多了，我们累得半死从trail上下来的时候看到老奶奶老爷爷早就
下来休息了，我们都汗颜啊
