一说：
Effective February 23, online airline partner mileage credit requests will
not be available on united.com. You can submit airline partner mileage
credit requests via direct mail until further notice.
即使是UA自己的航班都不行...打开那个mail request的文档，里头一行字：
Please send the information listed below to either address listed at the
bottom of this form. Please allow 2 months for the miles to be posted to
your mileage plus summary.
