friends who reside in Italy legally and permanently, which must be sent

permit of stay in Italy. In the case of an Italian invitee a copy of a valid
identification document will be sufficient (Please note that email or any
other internet generated document may not be accepted).
Green Card or Resident Visa and either: certificate of domicile or driver’s
license or State ID (originals or notarized copies)
letter or statement from your bank showing the account's transactions (
Original only, no photocopies accepted);
Documentation of socio-professional standing:
Recent letter of references from the employer must include: employment start
date, job title, annual salary and vacation period and most recent pay stub
. Offer letters will not be accepted.
Self-employed applicants should bring business bank statements, copies of
business income taxes, certificates of incorporation. For those applicants
who are currently unemployed:
a. Dependent spouses: Employment information from spouse i.e. employment
letter, pay stubs and joint income tax return;
b. Students dependent on their parents must bring parents’ financial
information and an official verification of enrollment from their school;
c. Retired persons: must bring proof of their monthly pensions;
Proof of medical insurance covering the entire period of stay in Italy. U.S.
health insurance is accepted only with a letter from the insurance provider
confirming overseas coverage. The coverage for medical expenses must not be
less than $50,000 and CANNOT be on reimbursement basis. For insurance
purchased for the trip only, the whole travel period must be covered.

google了一下发现30*40 cm，但是说签证又需要2*2 inches。哪个才是对的？

发帖数: 160 | 5 补充一下，芝加哥意大利领事馆也是一定要面签的。
但是底特律领事馆就特好，允许寄签。
前提是你要找到你当地的荣誉领事签个字，看看你。
这个真的很方便啊，所以如果你在这些州，
寄签就好了。我们的签证寄出后5天就收到了。
可以寄签：
Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee

管，反正那张照片是是贴在申请表上的。
