发帖数: 527 | 1 以前还对 airtran 感觉可以，毕竟经常机票便宜。但这次从开会回来让我非常生气。
因为要做展板我带着我的 poster（卷在一个 tube 里，一般和电脑包一起放在脚下）
和电脑包，随身行李箱。去开会的时候没有问题，但是飞机上的 service 实在太不专
业了。那个服务员把水洒在我的背上，虽然不多但是一句道歉的都没有。。。开完会，
回程，那个在登机口的服务员把我直接拦下来，口气很冷的说你带的东西太多了，不能
上飞机。我 argue 说来的时候你们从来都不管，其他航空公司也没见管过，怎么过了
几天就出这么个规定。那家伙看几乎从头到尾，都不看我一眼，非常刁的说（不是所有
词都是原话） “I don't care how you come.You are going to be removed from
the plane if you try to bring those.” 我擦。。。有这种态度的吗。
最后我只能把箱子临时 check 了。。。但是真的下次再也不想搭他家的飞机了。再便
宜也不考虑。。。。 | l**a

其实如果你坐他们飞机有几十次了，这种事发生一次两次，也没有必要计较，哪个公司
都有混球服务员，UA的混球我也见识过，也和他们理论，说到那傻×是哑口无言的走开
；如果你经常碰到他们公司这种情况，那再换也不晚，呵呵
）

the flight was delayed for about an hour. finally boarding.
i boarded early and got to sit by the exit row.
then i made a call to my friend, telling her my flight was finally boarding.
that time, the flight was still boarding with passengers walking by.
But flight attendant came, asked me to turn off my phone. i did so after
like 5 seconds. Then i was chatting with the person next to me for about 5
mins.
Sunddenly the flight attendant came back, insisting that i didnot follow his
instructions and asked me to move to other seats. the guy sat next by me
even defended for me saying that i turned off my phone immediately, he
didnot see why i need to move.
But flight attandant then said, i dont understand his english well, and need
to
move. The person next to me defended for me again, saying my English is
perfect. and I didnot move. so he called in flight marshal or guard from the
gate, said i either move to other seats or get off the plane.
all passengers around me said that was pure discrimination, but they didnot
care. i had no other choice but to move to another seat, the lady sat next
by me
said , i should complain to their customer service, and that was definitely
discrimination and I was driven to tears.
back from the trip, i tried to contact airTran customer service, was put on
hold forever, never got a chance to speak to a real person. wrote emails, no
response whatsoever. if you google, you can find a forum "dedicated" to
airTran complaints. There are "uncredible" cruel cases from airTran crew.
I never fly with them again. They are cheap, but that does not justify their
rude horrible customer service.

对方无理取闹，俺没准情急之下就打911了，然后喷对方是racist，并要求乘客作证，
威胁起诉人家，不能太软啊。

Airtran的飞机空间太小了，坐下的时候腿都要缩起来，以前有次飞完Airtran，玩好去
下一个点的时候飞Delta，突然感觉腿怎么这么舒服，居然可以伸直。。。
