发帖数: 1379 | 1 My husband travels to France, with AmEx credit card and BOA credit card. He
also carries some cash, but used half to pay taxi from airport to the hotel.
He will stay there for two weeks. I am wondering what is the most economic
way to send cash to him. He has AmEx credit card, but unfortunately the cash
advance function was not activated. I guess I can activate it, and get a
temp PIN number to withdraw cash, but we have to pay 20%+ interest. He also
BOA credit card, I guess it is the same thing, have to pay high interest to
get cash out of credit card. I also have BOA bank acocunt, with his name on
the acocunt as well, but he does not have ATM card. I am wondering if he can
walk into BOA partner in France and withdraw cash. But without ATM card,
not sure if it is feasible. I am online waiting to talk with BOA associate
now, have to wait 150+ minutes to talk with an associate. Online waiting.

transfer, from any Western center? With phone ID, he can pick up money
anywhere in the world? He lives in a hotel now, not permanent address. Is it
how it works? Sorry, never used Western Union
