请问有去过的朋友能推荐一下onshore excursion吗？想玩玩snoking, 如果没有活动的
话，能不能自己在海滩上晒太阳，自己玩？

发帖数: 1006 | 2 the beach in grand tunk is just off the ship dock,not much corals in the
main beach area but other said it's better if you will to walk to the other
end of the beach.
HMC is a beautiful powder white sand beach, didn't snokling there but the
water is shollow, you might see more fish if you go out a bit.
if you will go to st. john while in st. thomas, i would recommend hawsnest
beach. it's a beautiful beach mainly used by the locals, it's free and
clean, not much ppl there compare to other beaches. not much corals but
lots of fish and sea urchines in the area. it's a short ride from the ferry
, about $5 per person..

像这些beach,你们都是sign up船上的excursion吗？我听朋友说船上的很贵，但是我在
网上查的不是船上的也挺贵的，虽然服务比较多一些。
朋友说，听别人讲可以打的去beach,但是他也没有弄过，如果打的的话，大概多少钱，
是美元吗？是不是去之前需要准备一定的cash?
除了在beach, snorkeling, 在岸上玩，基本上就这些活动，所以我们其实不跟团，自
己在岛上转悠，是不是也可以？有没有什么地方，如果不跟团，就不能去？

excursions from the ship is a bit more expensive than outside, but they will
guaranteed the ship will wait for you if there is any accidents on the road
. if you get the excursions from indenpendent tours then the ship will not
wait if your car broke down on the road and can't make it back to the ship
on time.
yes, bring some small bills, ppl love american $$$.
as i said, the beach on grand tunk is just off the dock, walking distance.
half moon cay is carnival's private island, thre are not much to do except
beach. there are lots to do in st. thomas such as shopping, beach, etc..
you can rent a car or take a cab, the price varies depends on where do you
want to go, price is usually per person.
i would make hmc and grand tunk beach days since there are nothing close by
in these 2 places. as for st. thomas, you can go to the beach for a few
hours then go walk around in the shopping area, not too far from the port.
i don't know if there are any beaches in PR close to the port, i usually
walk around in downtown area.

We tried to sign up after boarding, but the tour is already full.
You can take ferry to St. John at St Thomas, more beaches to explore in St.

I
I am sure some of those islands have their own currency but they will take
usd. I would leave the credit cards in your safe in the ship unless you
want to buy some expensive watches or jewlery.

SAN JUAN PUERTO RICO, I did not snoking there, went two old fort that's it
ST. THOMAS USVI, went snoking, most beautiful beach ever seen
Half Moon Cay, Bahamas went to a private island , so so
bought them all on ship |
