bill, (e.g. if I book online from Hilton, I don't see any service charge
there) then what should I do. leave it at the front desk when I checkout? (
cash?)

If it is for cleaning staff, I will 留桌上 (just like in US), but the
article implies, in London, other Hotel staff (like front desk) should also
get 10-12% service charge. - not sure about european/british way of tipping.

洲的话可以少给一些.
