标 题: F1-OPT 期间用AP回国有麻烦吗？

有没有人整理F1-OPT期间用AP回美国的文件list阿？
OPT明年过期，485pending，年底想用ap回国。老婆H1b签证过期，但是
考了一下古，似乎没有太大问题。可是i-131的instruction里面有这么一段话：
Upon returning to the United States, most individuals must present a valid H
, L, K, or V nonimmigrant visa and must continue to be otherwise admissible.
If you do not have a valid or unexperied H, L, K, or V nonimmigrant visa,
then you generally need to obtain an H, L, K or V nonimmigrant visa at a U.S
. Department of State visa issuing post. Individuals will need a valid
nonimmigrant visa, advance parole, or other travel document to present for
reentry.
