答案是，如果政府关门，国家公园肯定是不能进的

If there is a lapse in appropriations, all 401 national parks will be closed
.(all park entrances closed and secured) National parks would reopen as soon
as the shutdown is over.

Hi, I've read news on the budget battle in Congress and I am a little
worried about my upcoming trip in mid October to several national parks. My
question is if the government is closed at the end, will I be able to get
into the national parks? I've heard national park will be "closed", I don't
know if it means service is not available or the park is forbidden from
access. Thanks and I will keep my finger crossed.
