if you consider yourself as a wsn but want a good hotel then bellagio.
wynn is not for ppl who are tired and still want to walk back to hotels.
i personally like wynn over all hotels on the strip.
aira is not really good. cosmo is for young ppl. i work for venetian.
for cesars palace and bellagio, they are at good locations but not really
good hotel if you really want to enjoy. they are good for those first time
visitors and poor ppl like students or budget limited middle class.
wynn is designed to cater ppl who are rich (not that rich) and want to relax.

lower than those same level 5-star hotels in the middle of the strip such
as Bellagio, Cosmo, Palazzo or Venetian, and close to Aria or Vdara. For
real good 5-star hotels, you'd probably try Mandarin or Four Seasons.

look on all casinos on strip.
from industry standard, wynn is the best on strip, next level is venetian/
bellagio/ceasars palace/aria, (of course, we never think oursleves worse
than wynn...), next level will be mirage/cosmo/mandalay bay, next level will
be ti, mgm, luxor, monte carlo, next level will be paris/planet
hollywood, the lowest will be flamingo/harrahs/newyork newyork/tropicana/
excalibur.
i do not want to argue with you which is better and why is better. but I
think wynn is better from my viewpoint.

1st, hardware on resort, bellgio fountain&gardan, venetian gondola, Wynn's
golf court and gardan
2nd, hardware on room, suite, size, decoration, bed, sheet, inroom service
3rd, food, shopping, entertainment.
Food: I donot like american food so I know a little about this.
I only know venetian has a italian restaurant call Palanni...whatever,
CP's palm....
also wynn, bellagio, aria.....buffet
Shopping: Bellagio's small shop, CP's forum shop， aria's shop, venetian's
shop
Entertainment: Wynn's Le Reve， Bellagio's O, CP's Celine, Venetian Rock Age

4th, relation management: limo, helicopter, comp, credit......
Overrall, wynn is the best.
think about it, helicopter pick you up from airport, or Rolls-Royce/Bently
pick you up. credit to 20M all food and gifts are free....
as I said, you can not deny wynn is the best on strip just because you are
not treat well by them. Wynn is not for low tier guests.
That is why even myself - a poor wsn want to live there even i live in vegas
