If you do not go to U.S Virgin Islands, no need to worry.

international travel sine it is a US territory; However, other students who
traveled there for winter or spring break did receive an entry record for
their I-94 after their trip there. In this case, it could be seen as a
departure from the US while you have a pending change of status application
which could negatively affect the application." 吓唬人啊。。。。第二年好不容
