几周前,因为出发时间改了十多分钟,AA reissue 了票,有新的票号。
可是CX网站不认这新票号,打电话去CX,CX系统也只有旧票号。
问题来了,CX叫我打给AA去fix | h****s 发帖数: 16779 | 2 fix不fix都行。
起飞前一天打电话给AA,确定票没问题就行了。这个票号问题他们很难很难搞定。
上飞机前办票的时候CX 柜台客服会帮你搞定。
现在fix,起飞前万一又被改,问题还会出现,没完没了。

just tell them your full name and flight, date, they will see your
reservation. However, CX cannot let you select a seat over the phone for
award ticket(I had multiple trips with CX) they can only change your meal

Called AA Feb 22.
they said they will re-issue the ticket.
in aa.com, the reservation status changed to "On Request".
Today, called AA to check why it takes so long to re-ticket.
With 20 minute hold, the telephone agent push it to ticketing.
And i can confirm the new ticket number in CX website.

There is not a problem for CX agent to see my reservation.
And i can select a seat in CX website with CX PNR.
The problem is the ticket number is the old one in CX's computer.
It looks like the CX agent does not know ticket number is valid or not.
When i told him it is old number, he asked me to call AA to fix it. |
