Hello,
(Using work laptop, cant type in Chinese)
Due to work, myself and a colleague need to travel to China for several
weeks.
1. I am a GreentCard holder with Chinese passport.
2. My colleague is a us citizen with US passport. Can he travel to China at
this moment? Is Chinese consulate open for Visa application? Can he mail in
visa application?
3. Is 14-day mandatory quarantine required for both Chinese and US citizen?
Can I self quarantine at my own home?
